1Check whether the trademark identification is complete. The quality of the original product's outer packing is good, the writing on the packing box is clear, and the overprint color is bright. The packing box and bag shall be marked with the product name, specification, model, quantity, registered trademark, factory name, address and telephone number, etc. some manufacturers shall also mark their own marks on the accessories. Some important parts such as generator, distributor, fuel injection pump, etc. are also equipped with operation manual, certificate of conformity and inspector's seal to guide the user to use and maintain correctly. When purchasing, you should carefully recognize it to prevent buying fake and inferior products.

Auto parts

2Check the geometric dimension for deformation. Some parts are prone to deformation due to improper manufacturing, transportation and storage. During the inspection, the automobile parts such as shafts can be rolled along the glass plate to see if there is light leakage at the joint between the parts and the glass plate to judge whether they are bent; when selecting the clutch driven plate steel plate or friction plate, the steel plate and friction plate can be held up in front of the eyes to observe whether they are warped; when selecting the oil seal, the end face of the oil seal with framework shall be in a round shape, which can fit the plate glass without bending; without framework oil seal The outer edge shall be upright, deformed by hand holding, and can be restored to the original state after releasing. When choosing all kinds of pads, we should also pay attention to check the geometric size and shape.

3. Check whether the joint is flat. In the process of handling and storage of spare parts, due to vibration and collision, burr, indentation, damage or crack often occur at the joint part, which affects the use of parts. Pay attention to inspection when purchasing.

4. Check whether the surface of parts is rusted. The surface of qualified spare parts has both a certain precision and a bright finish. The more important the spare parts are, the higher the precision, the more strict the anti rust and anti-corrosion of the packaging. Pay attention to inspection during purchase. If parts are found to have rust spots, mildew spots, or rubber parts are cracked or lose elasticity, or there is obvious turning tool pattern on the journal surface, they shall be replaced.

5. Check whether the protective surface is intact. Most parts are factory coated with a protective coating. For example, the piston pin and bearing bush shall be protected with paraffin; the surface of piston ring and cylinder liner shall be coated with antirust oil and wrapped with wrapping paper; the valve and piston shall be sealed with plastic bag after being soaked with antirust oil. In case of damage of sealing sleeve, loss of packing paper, loss of antirust oil or paraffin during purchase, it shall be returned and replaced.

6. Check whether the glued parts are loose. The parts are composed of two or more parts, which are pressed, glued or welded. There is no looseness between them. For example, the plunger of the oil pump and the adjusting arm are pressed; the driven wheel of the clutch is riveted with the steel plate, the friction plate and the steel plate are riveted or glued; the paper filter element framework and the filter paper are glued; electrical equipment The thread ends of are welded. If any looseness is found during purchase, it shall be replaced.

7. Check whether the rotating parts are flexible. When purchasing the rotating parts assembly such as oil pump, rotate the pump shaft by hand, which should be flexible and free of jamming; when purchasing rolling bearing, support the inner ring of bearing by one hand, and rotate the outer ring by the other hand, which should be able to rotate freely and quickly, and then stop gradually. If the rotating parts do not rotate properly, it means that the interior is rusted or deformed. Do not purchase.

8. Check whether there is any missing part in the assembly. Normal assembly parts must be complete and intact to ensure smooth assembly and normal operation. If some small parts on the assembly parts are omitted, the assembly parts will not work or even be scrapped.
