What are the characteristics and advantages of automobile sheet metal processing?
2019-09-30 11:17:23

In the industrial field, different production processes will have a great impact on the performance of products. So, for the processing of stainless steel stamping parts, what are its processing characteristics and advantages? Next, automotive stamping parts manufacturers will analyze and answer this question, hoping to help you.

First of all, for automobile parts processing, we need to choose different processing technology according to different materials. If stainless steel stamping parts are to be processed, then we must reduce the material loss as much as possible to maintain the original material properties. Only in the process, the shape of the product has been changed to meet our needs and meet the production standards.

In addition to the protection of raw materials, it is also suitable for mass production and processing, not only to improve the efficiency of processing, but also to ensure that the stainless steel stamping parts produced in use, more portable, for those mechanical equipment or vehicles, more convenient to use, and so on.

So, when processing stainless steel stamping parts, what advantages do they have? This is also a problem that many people are concerned about. Because only a full understanding of the specific advantages, then when we make choices, it will be more advantageous and convenient. However, this electricity also needs us to have a certain understanding of it before we can master it.

In terms of material quality, stainless steel is very popular and recognized by the public in today's market. Compared with other materials, stainless steel has many unique advantages. It is not only lighter in quality, but also guarantees long enough use time. Therefore, stamping parts made of stainless steel will also show good performance characteristics to meet the needs of more users.

The following points should be paid attention to in the production of automobile stamping parts:

1. Reasonable die design: In progressive die, the organization of blanking sequence may affect the forming accuracy of automobile stamping parts. In order to reduce the impact of blanking force on the forming of automotive stamping parts, a large area of blanking is usually organized first, and then a smaller area of blanking is organized.

2. In daily production of die, attention should be paid to maintaining the sharp edge of punching convex and concave die. When the cutting edge is worn out, the tensile stress of the data will increase, and then the tendency of turning over and distortion of the stamping parts will increase.

3. Adding the function of high pressure: Thickening the dimension of the pressing part of the unloading insert (normal unloading insert thickness H+0.03mm) to increase the pressure on the side data of the die, and then turning and distorting the stamping part according to the press cutting.

4. Cutting the bevel or arc at the end of the punch edge: This is an effective way to reduce the buffer cutting force. By reducing the buffer cutting force, the tensile force on the side of the die can be reduced, and then the effect of turning over and distorting the pressing part can be achieved.

5. Pressure data: To overcome the traditional die design structure, the blank space is opened on the unloading plate (that is, when the die is closed, the blank space between the unloading plate and the concave die is t-0.03-0.05 mm in the data-containing part). In this way, the discharging plate moves smoothly in stamping, and the data can be compressed. In the key forming part, the unloading plate must be made into an inlay structure. The hardware stamping manufacturer will explain it to you, so as to facilitate the processing of the grinding (pressing) loss in the pressing part of the unloading plate caused by long-term stamping, and the data can not be compacted.
